THE architects of Zimbabwe′s crisis have not changed, their designs have not changed and the potential outcome should not surprise anyone. Zimbabwe′s government is continuing on its current economic path despite the shortcomings.

The Zimbabwean Government has just published the 2017 budget. A budget should give us an idea of the direction the country intends to take in the 12-month period covered and how that journey is to be funded.
