Conditions ripe for cholera outbreak in Zimbabwe

IRIN reports: "HARARE, 26 November 2013 (IRIN) - Conditions in Zimbabwe's capital, Harare, are ripe for another outbreak of cholera, the waterborne disease that claimed an estimated 4,200 lives in the country between 2008 and 2009, according to a new report by Human Rights Watch (HRW)."
